TopOut 개인정보 처리방침

TopOut은 별도의 회원가입 기능을 제공하지 않으며 사용자의 이름,
이메일 주소, 위치정보, 기기 식별자 등의 개인정보를 수집하거나 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
카메라와 마이크는 영상 및 음성 녹화에 사용되며 포즈 분석과 촬영 데이터 처리는 사용자의 기기 안에서 이루어집니다.
1. 개인정보 처리 주체
TopOut 앱의 개인정보 처리 주체는 다음과 같습니다.

TopOut은 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 주소, 위치정보, 연락처, 기기 식별자,
광고 식별자 또는 앱 이용 기록 등 사용자를 직접 식별하기 위한 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
또한 회원가입, 로그인, 사용자 계정 또는 클라우드 저장 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
앱 설정에서 선택한 언어는 기기 내 앱 설정에만 저장됩니다. 이 페이지에서 선택한 한국어·영어 표시 설정도
현재 브라우저 안에만 저장됩니다. 해당 값은 개인을 식별하는 데 사용하거나 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
3. 카메라 및 마이크 사용
TopOut은 사용자가 클라이밍 영상과 소리를 녹화할 수 있도록 다음 권한을 사용합니다.
- 카메라 권한: 영상 촬영 및 촬영 구간 감지
- 마이크 권한: 촬영 영상에 포함되는 음성 및 주변 소리 녹음
카메라와 마이크는 사용자가 권한을 허용하고 촬영 기능을 사용하는 동안에만 접근합니다.
촬영된 영상과 음성은 사용자의 기기에서 처리되며 개발자 또는 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
4. 포즈 및 움직임 분석
TopOut은 클라이밍 시작과 종료 시점을 감지하기 위해 카메라 영상에서 사용자의 자세와 움직임을 분석할 수 있습니다.
포즈 분석은 기기 안에서 수행됩니다. 분석 과정에서 생성되는 관절 좌표, 포즈 정보와 중간 결과는
외부 서버로 전송되지 않으며 사용자를 식별하는 프로필로 저장되지 않습니다.
기기 내 포즈 분석에는 iOS에서 Apple Vision, Android에서 MoveNet과 LiteRT를 사용합니다.
매트 경계와 선택 영역 분석에는 기기 내 MobileSAM 모델을 사용할 수 있습니다.
5. 영상 저장 및 사진 앱 접근
TopOut은 새로 촬영하고 편집한 영상을 기기의 사진 앱 또는 미디어 저장소에 저장할 수 있습니다.
사용자의 기존 사진이나 영상을 임의로 열람, 수집, 분석하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.
운영체제 버전에 따라 영상 저장을 위한 권한 요청 방식이 달라질 수 있습니다.
6. 제3자 제공 및 외부 전송
TopOut은 사용자의 개인정보나 촬영 데이터를 제3자에게 판매, 제공 또는 공유하지 않습니다.
사용자 데이터를 광고 사업자, 데이터 분석 서비스 또는 외부 서버에 전송하지 않으며 국외로 이전하지 않습니다.
7. 광고 및 분석 도구
TopOut은 현재 맞춤형 광고, 광고 식별자 기반 추적 또는 사용자 행동 분석을 위한 외부 광고·분석 서비스를 사용하지 않습니다.
향후 광고 또는 분석 서비스가 추가되어 개인정보 처리 방식이 변경되면 본 개인정보 처리방침을 수정하고 필요한 내용을 안내합니다.
8. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
촬영된 영상과 음성은 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며 TopOut은 별도의 서버에 촬영 콘텐츠를 보관하지 않습니다.
사용자는 기기의 사진 앱 또는 파일 관리 앱에서 촬영 콘텐츠를 직접 확인하고 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 앱 내부 설정과 임시 데이터는 운영체제의 앱 삭제 절차에 따라 제거됩니다.
사진 앱이나 미디어 저장소에 저장된 영상은 앱 삭제 후에도 남을 수 있으므로 사용자가 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
9. 개인정보의 안전한 처리
TopOut은 운영체제가 제공하는 권한 관리 기능과 앱 샌드박스 환경을 사용합니다.
카메라와 마이크는 사용자가 권한을 허용한 경우에만 이용하며 사용자는 언제든지 기기 설정에서 권한을 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.
10. 권한 변경 및 철회
사용자는 기기 설정에서 TopOut에 허용한 권한을 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.
iOS: 설정 → 앱 → TopOut → 카메라·마이크·사진
Android: 설정 → 애플리케이션 → TopOut → 권한
카메라 또는 마이크 권한을 철회하면 영상 촬영이나 음성 녹음 등 일부 기능이 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.
11. 아동의 개인정보
TopOut은 아동을 포함한 사용자로부터 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

12. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경
앱 기능, 적용 기술 또는 관련 법령과 정책의 변경에 따라 본 개인정보 처리방침이 수정될 수 있습니다.

TopOut does not collect personal information intended to identify you directly, including your name,
email address, phone number, address, location, contacts, device identifier, advertising identifier, or app-usage history.
TopOut does not provide registration, login, user accounts, or cloud storage.
The language selected in the app is stored only in the app settings on your device.
The Korean or English display preference selected on this page is stored only in your current browser.
These values are not used to identify you or transmitted to an external server.
3. Camera and Microphone Use
TopOut uses the following permissions so you can record climbing video and sound:
- Camera: Video recording and climbing-clip detection
- Microphone: Voice and ambient sound included with recorded video
TopOut accesses the camera and microphone only while you have granted permission and are using the recording feature.
Recorded video and audio are processed on your device and are not sent to the developer or an external server.
4. Pose and Movement Analysis
TopOut may analyze pose and movement in camera frames to detect the start and end of a climbing attempt.
Pose analysis runs on your device. Joint coordinates, pose information, and intermediate analysis results
are not sent to an external server or stored as a profile that identifies you.
On-device pose analysis uses Apple Vision on iOS and MoveNet with LiteRT on Android.
The on-device MobileSAM model may be used to analyze the mat boundary and selected regions.
5. Video Storage and Photos Access
TopOut can save newly recorded and edited videos to Photos or the media storage on your device.
TopOut does not arbitrarily access, collect, analyze, or externally transmit your existing photos or videos.
The permission flow for saving video may vary by operating-system version.
6. Third-Party Sharing and External Transfer
TopOut does not sell, provide, or share your personal information or recordings with third parties.
User data is not sent to advertisers, analytics services, or external servers and is not transferred internationally.
7. Advertising and Analytics
TopOut currently does not use personalized advertising, advertising-identifier tracking, or third-party behavioral analytics services.
If advertising or analytics services are added and data practices change, this policy will be updated and the required information will be provided.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Recorded video and audio are stored only on your device. TopOut does not retain recording content on a separate server.
You can view and delete recorded content directly in Photos or your device’s file-management app.
Deleting TopOut removes internal settings and temporary data according to the operating system’s app-deletion process.
Videos saved to Photos or media storage may remain after the app is deleted and must be removed by you.
9. Data Security
TopOut uses operating-system permission controls and the app sandbox.
The camera and microphone are available only after you grant permission, and you can change or revoke those permissions at any time in device settings.
10. Changing or Revoking Permissions
You can change TopOut permissions at any time in your device settings.
iOS: Settings → Apps → TopOut → Camera, Microphone, or Photos
Android: Settings → Apps → TopOut → Permissions
Revoking camera or microphone permission may prevent video recording, audio recording, or related features from working correctly.
